“Human is the development foundation of ATAD, the young generation is the future of ATAD”. It is a conclusion of Mr. Huynh Ngoc Dong – Chairman of ATAD Steel Structure Corporation at the sharing session with more than 300 young employees on June 27, 2020.

As part of the Company’s Corporate Culture training program, the sharing session helped ATAD’s young employees better understand the orientation and requirements of the ATAD youth image to be addressed. Mr. Huynh Ngoc Dong emphasized the importance of setting goals, implementing plans for personal improvement and career development. Young people also have the opportunity to ask questions and be directly answered by Mr. Dong.

Owning a young, dynamic and professional staff is the “invaluable asset” of ATAD that the Company is always willing to invest in developing. At ATAD, as long as you have passion and ambition, the Company will be given development opportunities at work.
