Sanofi is a global integrated healthcare leader focused on patients’ needs, has taken part in Vietnamese market from 1960 with two factories met WHO – GMP standard. Due to two existing factories could not expand capacity in recent time, Sanofi group made a decision to build a new one in Hi- Tech area with an investment of 75 million dollars. This is a modern factory and will meet the growing needs of the people in Vietnam as well as export to South East Asian countries. This factory will be put into operation in 2015 and products will be appeared on the market in 2016.
At the end of December 2013, ATAD Steel Structure Corporation won ATAD ACE Sanofi project in District 9, Ho Chi Minh City. This is the 3rd factory of Sanofi group in Vietnam. In this project, ATAD company is in charge of providing all steel structure items from manufacturing, design and erection. Including these following items: warehouses in zones A and B, the production house in zone C , the WC and corridors in zone E… in a total area of 17000m2 and a contract value approximate nearly 70 billions VND, 6 months under construction, and will be handed over to the contractor in a high quality, safety, right on schedule and environment sanitation.
