With a total investment was 4.2 billion USA by an international development company in Canada _ Asian Coast Development Ltd , Co_ the Owner of this project. It specializes in investment and construction complex resort together with MGM Resorts International company. This project was divided into six phases. Total value of the first phase was estimated 155 million USD and will be finished early in 2013 and whole project will be completed in 2020 to serve tourism in Vietnam.
With a professional team in construction, highly qualified and experienced ATAD Steel Structure Corporation has been selected as the main supplier for the project. Herein ATAD was in charge of providing steel structure, shape steel and built-up steel with Epoxy finish coat painting, Galvanized acording to BS 729 standard… All of material was imported from China and Russia. Total contract value around 25 billion VND. ATAD guaranteed that all items will be handed over to the main contractor in accordance with technical standards as well as the schedule. Expecting in the fourth quarter of 2011 ATAD will transfer whole works for the main contractor.
