About impersonation in cooperation with ATAD Company in the Philippines and Vietnam
Dear valued Customers and Partners,
First of all, ATAD Steel Structure Corporation and ATAD Dong Nai Steel Structure Corporation (known as ATAD Group) would like to thank our customers and partners for accompanying our company so far.
We would like to inform all Customers and Partners: Recently, in the Vietnam market and especially in the Philippines market, there are a few newly established companies operating in the field of Steel Structures and Pre-engineered Steel Buildings. However, these companies are not qualified, have no experience or factory, and also no design consulting team, but they use the ATAD Group’s brand name to market and promotion their products. Moreover, these companies also take advantage of ATAD Group’s brand to introduce that they are subsidiaries directly or indirectly related to ATAD Group or in the ecosystem of ATAD Group, affecting the reputation and brand of ATAD Group in the market.
By this notice, ATAD Group would like to inform Customers and Partners that ATAD Group has only one Company in the Philippines market named ATAD STEEL STRUCTURE (PHILIPPINES) CORPORATION, address at Unit G-2 Ground Floor, New Solid Building, 357 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Barangay Bel-Air, Makati City, Philippines. We are not Shareholders, are not Capital Contributors, do not have any family relationship, or affiliation with any other Pre-engineered Steel Structure Company in the Philippines and Vietnam. At the same time, the members of the Board of Directors, top Leaders, Managerial levels of ATAD Group also do not have any cooperation, capital contribution or sponsorship for any other Steel Structure Company or pre-engineered Steel Building in the Philippines and Vietnam.
