In September 24th 2011 at the hall of ATAD factory that is located in Binh Huu 2 Hamlet, Duc Hoa Thuong commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province, ATAD Steel Structure Corporation was successfully organized The Union Congress of 2011-2013 term.
In the meeting we had The Board of ATAD, Labour Union of Duc Hoa ward ,The Executive Committee of ATAD’s Union of 2009-2011 term and all the officers and employees of ATAD.
The executive board of ATAD’s union has reported all activities and operation of 2009-2011 term including making a self-criticism, objectively assessing all achievements that they obtained as well as the weak points so as to release the useful lessons for developing union and identifying the directions, goals, tasks in the next three years (2011-2013) and also elect the wise board for the new term.
ATAD’s union has done well its roles including protecting the right and benefit for workers, more and more caring staff life on physical and spiritual aspects, encouraging all staffs to work harder and more professional than they can, organizing many activities for entertainment such as: travel, soccer, table tennis, skill tournaments … coordinating with youth association to join in social activities, donating to support the victims of natural disasters, the poor.. . such as supporting victims of flood, charity in Quang Chau pagoda and Hoa Mai’s orphans …
The ATAD’s union has held Union Congress to elect union executive board for 2011-2013 term includes 9 members (one president, two vice-presidents and six commissioners) could qualify the conditions.

The Executive Committee of this new term will determine the direction and tasks in 2011 – 2013 term and bases on the achievements that were made from the previous term to strive further, attact more members, enhance close-knit spirit between union members and consolidate culture of company.
