On the occasion of the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival, ATAD Steel Structure Corporation, in collaboration with the Company Trade Union, presented gifts to employees as a gesture of care, appreciation, and recognition of the contributions made by those who have been part of ATAD’s journey of growth and development.
SHARING CARE AND APPRECIATION WITH OUR EMPLOYEES
On August 31, 2026, ATAD Steel Structure Corporation and the Company Trade Union organized a Mid-Autumn gift-giving program for employees at the Ho Chi Minh City offices and the ATAD Dong Nai and ATAD Long An factories. The initiative is part of ATAD’s ongoing efforts to support the well-being of its employees, both materially and emotionally, reflecting the Company’s commitment to caring for employees and their families on meaningful occasions throughout the year.
From thoughtfully prepared gifts to warm wishes delivered personally, each gift carried the familiar spirit of the Mid-Autumn Festival while expressing care and appreciation for the dedication of ATAD employees. Whether at the office or in the factory, these thoughtful gestures created opportunities for connection and shared the festive spirit across the ATAD family.
A representative of the ATAD Long An Factory Trade Union shared:
“The Mid-Autumn gift-giving program is one of our initiatives to strengthen the connection between employees and the Company, fostering a culture of care and sharing. Sharing their appreciation upon receiving the gift, a design engineer from the Design Office said:
“I feel that the Company genuinely cares about and recognizes the contributions of its employees. This is also a source of motivation for me to continue striving in my work”.
