UNIBEN JSC, formerly known as Viet Hung Food, has been one of local leading companies in the segment of convenience food for 20 years, with “Reeva 3 mien” instant noodles, fish sauces and other additives products. As results of its constant growing, on December 12th 2014, UNIBEN successfully held the commencement ceremony of its first factory in the North of Vietnam. When completed, the project will facilitate the development of local and export consumption, as well as create thousands of job vacancies in the province.
Thanks to the high appreciation of the General Contractor for its project, ATAD had been selected for the role of Pre-Engineered Buildings contractor in charge for designing, manufacturing and erection of this plant, which will cover a total area of 35,000m2. With long experience in realizing large and complicated structures, ATAD will apply in UNIBEN project a roofing solution characterized by truss structures that help to create wider open space and larger clear span. In addition, such structure allows a better optimization of M&E internal arrangement and represents a very efficient investment for the client.
The highly professional management system which is a fundamental part of ATAD will guarantee the handover of all Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings within the respect of schedule, quality and safety expectations of Owner and General contractor.
