On April 18, 2017 Schneider Electric – the global specialist in energy management inaugurated a production factory in Saigon Hi-tech Park, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City. This factory is one of the largest production factories in the French multinational group’s global supply system of over 200 production centers. It is expected to meet the demands of customers in both the Vietnamese and global markets.
Schneider Electric’s new factory is built based on the EcoStruxure architecture – an industrial internet of things (lloT) architecture that delivers exceptional values in safety and sustainability standards. The factory manufacturing system has also been registered with the LEED Platinum (Leadership Energy and Environment Design) certificated by the U.S. Green Building Council.
