ATAD Steel Structure Corporation had excellent finished phase 1 and phase 2 of Colored – Fiber Brotex Factory Project of Brotex Vietnam JSC (under Joint Bros Ltd Indo – China)
– Phase 1: a total investment of 98 million USD, use 35.5 ha of land. The PEB works cover 120.000 m2 of factory and warehouse
– Phase 2: an investment of $ 120 million, use 25 hectares of land. The PEB works cover 195.000 m2 of factory and warehouse
Total full roof cover area is 315.000 m2 that successfully completed by ATAD in the fast-track schedule and meet high requirement of quality and safety from Owner and General Contractor.
With the high appreciation of the General Contractor, ATAD had continuously been selected as tThe Pre-Engineered Buildings contractor in designing, manufacturing and construction in phase 3 with an investment $ 100 million, use 35 hectares of land and 220.400 m2; Construction time: 150 days.
In this contract, it makes the BROTEX project is the largest Complex with total roof cover area in 1 project up to 535.400 m2 that is executed by ATAD.
With the huge experience and professional construction management, ATAD will hand over all The PEB works to the Owner and General contractor as commitments in the schedule, quality and safety.
