On the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20), ATAD extends sincere appreciation and warmest wishes to educators across the country – those who continuously nurture knowledge and shape future generations for Vietnam. This is also a meaningful moment for ATAD to acknowledge the significant contributions of our internal faculty, who play a vital role in the company’s human capital development.

As part of the “Mentor Day 2025” program, ATAD honored Managers, Department Heads, and Specialists undertaking internal training responsibilities. The event was attended by Mr. Huynh Ngoc Dong, Chairman of the Board of Directors, whose presence underscored the strong commitment of ATAD’s leadership to people development – one of the company’s strategic priorities.
With deep expertise and extensive practical experience, ATAD’s internal trainers have contributed greatly to standardizing knowledge, strengthening professional capability, and developing a capable successor workforce. Through training, mentoring, and hands-on knowledge sharing, they help ATAD personnel meet the increasingly advanced technical requirements of the steel structure industry amid digital transformation and global integration.

ATAD regards human development as one of its three strategic pillars, alongside technology and governance. Honoring the internal faculty not only reflects the company’s recognition of their dedication but also reaffirms ATAD’s commitment to cultivating a disciplined, professional, and continuously learning work environment – an essential foundation for sustainable growth.

ATAD extends heartfelt thanks to all internal trainers for their contribution to the company’s capability-building efforts. We also send our best wishes to all educators nationwide and to ATAD’s internal faculty for good health, strong passion, and continued success in inspiring future generations.
