Through its participation in the VPBank Ho Chi Minh City Music Half Marathon 2026, ATAD continues to foster a culture of health and well-being while promoting the values of proactiveness, endurance, and discipline – qualities that extend far beyond the racecourse and are reflected in the way every employee approaches work and pursues excellence.
On August 2, 2026, ATAD employees from across various departments took part in the VPBank Ho Chi Minh City Music Half Marathon 2026, competing in the 5 km, 10 km, and 21 km categories. Inspired by the theme “The City Rhythm,” the event brought together sports, music, and the vibrant energy of modern urban life, attracting more than 10,500 runners.
The event provided an exciting opportunity for ATAD employees to challenge their personal limits while strengthening teamwork and cross-functional connections throughout the company.

Adding even more inspiration to the journey, Deputy General Director Nguyen Thanh Tam joined the race alongside ATAD employees, sharing the same energy and determination on the track.
His presence on the track brought the spirit of “Leadership by Example” to life, showing that true leadership means being present, standing alongside the team, and inspiring through action.

Across the 5 km, 10 km, and 21 km distances, every step forward became a personal breakthrough – a moment of pushing beyond physical and mental limits and embodying the strong spirit of ATAD.
Every stride represented more than a personal achievement – it reflected the discipline, resilience, and commitment to reaching goals that define the ATAD spirit.

At ATAD, the qualities developed on the racecourse are the same values that guide our daily work. We persevere through challenges, remain disciplined in pursuing our goals, and take initiative to deliver meaningful results. These principles not only empower each individual to reach new milestones but also unite the entire team in driving ATAD’s sustainable growth and long-term success.
Participation in the VPBank Ho Chi Minh City Music Half Marathon 2026 marks another meaningful milestone in ATAD’s commitment to promoting an active lifestyle and a strong sports culture. More importantly, it encourages every employee to continue building resilience, strengthening discipline, and creating lasting value together for themselves, the company, and the communities we serve.
