In 15 years of operation, despite many ups and downs, ATAD always maintains its vision and mission of bringing prosperity and sustainable development to both the company and the communities where through many social activities in every country we operate.
Every year, ATAD participates in charity and volunteering activities to help elderly people, orphans, and poor families. Through those activities, we not only help them overcome difficulties but also give them the confidence to rise up for life. We have been developing and promoting that factor into the cultural tradition of the company. That is one of the main goals ATAD always aims and performs well with sincere sharing and enthusiasm of all ATAD employees.
ATAD actively encourages learning in Long An and Dong Nai provinces by giving annual scholarships to disadvantaged pupils.
Besides responsibility for the community, planting and nurturing the young generation is also ATAD’s interest. This will be an important resource to create momentum for the 21st – century economy. Therefore, ATAD planned and ran orientation programs for students such as: comprehensive cooperation with universities, organizing workshops and seminars about steel structure industry, construction site field trips, factory-tour in Dong Nai và Long An factory.
Another important part of connecting to the community is environmental protection. The civil construction development in the current context has to link to environment conservation. Our products including pre-engineered steel buildings and steel structure which are eco-friendly can bring us advantages in contributing and developing green construction concepts to the community. Our most typical model is ATAD factory in Dong Nai – the first steel structure factory in Asia achieved LEED GOLD by The United States Green Building Council. Besides that, we implemented other green buildings. We communicate our message “Living green” to our local community and in ATAD family to protect our environment as well.
