This morning, March 9, 2025, the inauguration ceremony of Metro Line 1, Ho Chi Minh City’s first subway line, took place. There were 500-700 delegates, including leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Ho Chi Minh City authorities, and representatives from Japan attended the event.
ATAD Steel Structure Corporation is the steel structure contractor responsible for manufacturing and erecting the steel enclosure frames for 11 stations, covering a total area of over 36,000m².
The project was designed and constructed according to Japanese standards. As the steel structure contractor, ATAD took charge of the detailed design, production, and erection of the enclosure steel frames. ATAD closely collaborated with the Japanese main contractor, Sumitomo Mitsui, and GS – E&C, from design to erection, ensuring the project met the highest quality standards.
