ATAD Steel Structure Corporation held a Management Board conference to celebrate its 20th anniversary. The participation of the Board of Directors and the Management Board representing the departments contributed to creating a cooperative atmosphere, promoting solidarity within the group and sustainable development of ATAD.
At the beginning of the conference, the representative of the Board of Directors expressed sincere thanks to the Management Board for accompanying and helping ATAD overcome the ups and downs of the times, become stable and reap brilliant achievements. The Board of Directors also affirmed that the management team is the key force in building a strategic vision, seizing opportunities and persevering with the set direction.
The conference is an opportunity for the entire Board of Directors and the management team to review the 20-year journey together. Since ATAD was a small factory of 4000m2, it has now transformed and developed with factories in Dong Nai, Long An, Vung Tau with an area of 320,000m2. Notably, these are all factories that own modern, large-scale steel structure production lines in the world.
Also at the conference, the Board of Directors outlined the development orientation for the period 2025 – 2030. In the new journey, ATAD continues to position itself as the leading Steel Structure Contractor in terms of brand, quality & service in the industry. At the same time, ATAD focuses on nurturing resources, developing corporate culture, creating a united and disciplined working environment, this is the foundation for ATAD to build a strong team of employees, ready to adapt and integrate with the international community.
20 years is an extremely impressive milestone to look back at the brilliant achievements that ATAD has achieved in the past journey, and also become a lever for ATAD to break through and reach far in the future.
