Ruby (JFE Meranti) project has an impressive scale of 30,000 m2 and 2500 tons, reaching the peak of 37.5 meters that is the largest and highest project in Thilawa Special Economic Zone, Yangon so far.
The project has 2 phases. Phase 1 has a total investment of 1.8 million USD including a galvanizing workshop with an area of 3,120 m2 used pre-engineered steel building and an office with an area of 720m2. Besides main items, phase 1 also includes auxiliary items such as pumping station, electrical station, gas storage, control room, 60-ton weighing station, security house, and dormitory for employees and workers.
ATAD has been trusted by Owner and Main Contractor to be chosen as the steel structure contractor with the scope of design, manufacturing, and erection of the project. Respond to that trust, we prepared carefully for erection work from erection planning, human resource planning to equipment planning. With huge experiences and professional management, ATAD implemented the project throughout Myanmar’s rainy season (June to October) as well as organized effective construction site planning. Especially, the planning has changed constantly to adapt the hash and un-forecast weather.
Currently, after successfully completed 100% frame installation, the project is continuing with the scope of installing sheeting that is expected to be completed in Q1/2019. We committed to completing Ruby (JFE Meranti) project with the quality, schedule, and safety as commitment.
