The steel structure frames of main factory block of Vinashin Ca Mau Shipyard project have been fundamentally completed. We have been now executing to complete roof toles, walls and hemming. The project’s significant characteristic is the heavy industrial factory serving shipbuilding work. The factory’s total height is 35m, it has 2 cranes with 50 ton lifting for one, and 2 scranes with 20 ton lifting for one. The cranes locate in above height of 20m.
By using automatic production technology with high accuracy, ATAD Steel Structure Corporation has completed the installation part promptly and reached the proposed progress. The structures’ face that was processed in H-Beam Shot Blasting and Cleaning Machine reaching to 2.5 SA cleaning degree, American technological Epoxy paint considerably enhanced the project’s quality. The project is expected to be handed over in the end of 2008.
