The Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) on August 31 launched the construction and installation of facilities for Terminal T3 of Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City.
The groundbreaking ceremony was connected online from the bridge point in Ho Chi Minh City, connected to the bridge point in Dong Nai province to start the construction of packages No. 5.10 and 4.6 of the Long Thanh International Airport construction project phase 1.

The T3 terminal of Tan Son Nhat airport, including the following items: passenger terminal, high-rise garage combining non-aviation services and the front viaduct system was also started. The project has a total investment of 11000 billion VND, is expected to be built in 20 months, exploited from the second quarter of 2.
The bidding package worth more than 9,000 billion VND will be undertaken by a consortium of 6 corporations including: HANCORP, CC1, RICONS, 319 Corporation Ministry of National Defenc, Truong Son Construction, Luu Nguyen Construction.
Particularly, the passenger terminal consists of a basement and 4 floating floors, with a total construction floor area of 112.500 m2. Terminal 3 of the Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport plays a crucial role in the national network of international airports, as well as in national defense and security, and socio-economic development in the Southern Key Economic Zone in particular and the country in general.
