On June 13, 2020, ATAD Steel Structure Corporation successfully organized the training program “Image of ATAD Manager” under the guidance of Mr. Huynh Ngoc Dong – Chairman with the participation of more than 100 Managers, Team leaders working at ATAD.
At the training program, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Dong shared practical experiences in management, the art of leadership, building the image of the manager… and exchanging and answering questions about this topic. Thereby helping managers shape their management style and build their personal image under the standards that the Company aims to.
The training program brought new wind, new knowledge of management skills to help the Company’s core personnel to change the view of the role and duties of managers in the business, meeting the continuing development in both scale and growth of ATAD.
