On August 8, ATAD Steel Structure Corporation was awarded the second HR Asia Award (HRAA) for “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024.” which underscores the company’s recent positive transformations and its ongoing commitment to HR development.

The “Asia’s Best Workplace” award is a prestigious and annual international accolade organized by HR Asia magazine, aimed at evaluating and honoring companies with outstanding human resource policies, attractive compensation packages, and top-tier working environments in the region.

The evaluation and selection process is conducted according to the overall cohesion assessment model (TEAM). This is a direct and effective evaluation tool suitable for any workforce size, focusing on three factors: Core Values; Self Values; and Group Values. Additionally, HR Asia conducts in-depth interviews to gain a more accurate assessment of the personnel policies, benefits programs, and corporate culture of the organizations involved.

Meeting the stringent criteria set by the organizers, ATAD has once again been recognized this year as one of the best places to work in Asia. Notably, ATAD achieved high scores in all three core categories—Core, Self, and Group—surpassing the average scores of other companies that participated in the survey.
