The third factory in Dong Nai province goes into operation, marking an important development step of ATAD Steel Structure Corporation and affirming the improvement of service capacity, ensuring the completion of all plans when ATAD steps at the age of 20. Dong Nai Factory Phase 3 with total area of 57,000 m2, Steel structure workshop of 24,480 m2, and Steel structure production capacity of 5,000MT/month is equipped with modern, smart and environmentally friendly machinery. The factory applies automation technology; of which all key machinery originates from Italy, Germany, Taiwan, and China.
Dong Nai Factory Phase 3 focuses on producing large, super heavy and super long steel structures with complex techniques to serve large projects, key national projects and exports. The factory’s products will continue to promote export to more than 60 countries around the world; moreover, the expansion of production will create additional jobs for more than 400 local workers.
ATAD Steel Structure Corporation currently owns a system of factories with modern and highly automated facilities certified by the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 quality management systems, design capacity over two hundred thousand tons of steel structures/year. In particular, the factory in Dong Nai is the most modern steel structure factory in Vietnam. This is the first steel structure factory in Asia to meet LEED Gold standards and has the first factory office in Vietnam to meet PLATINUM LEED standards.
