Annually, ATAD Steel Structure Corporation organizes sports, games & singing competitions for all staff members not only to show off their talents and skills but also to entertain all those present. This year, the competitions were marked by the efficient management of the organizing committee and enthusiastic participation of ATAD’s staff.
Organizing Committee
To prepare for the activities, our HR department coordinated very closely with labor unions. From choice of sports, games design, prizes, stage layout to the provision of first aid in case of accidents, everything was prepared a month beforehand. The carefully preparation showed that ATAD’s leadership wants to organize an event that is really entertaining, safe and to the benefit of all employees.
Enthusiastic Participation
Enthusiastic participation is the other part of the success of ATAD’s sport, games & singing competitions. Football attracted the most participants and supporters. The 8 teams that competed this year were evenly-matched so many matches were decided via penalty shoot-outs. Tug-of-war and table tennis also attracted a large following, especially at the dramatic final matches. Like in previous years, karaoke is always interesting. There were many quality contenders so it’s really difficult for the judges to pick a winner.
The highlight this year is the introduction of skills competition. It reflects the special attention of management given to production staff. Painting and welding competitions motivates our staff to improve their everyday working skills.

Football: Champion – Le Lai & Ten Lua office team; 1st Runner-up – the painting & hygiene team; 2nd Runner-up – factory office team and assembled complete team; Top scorer – Mr. Phan Hoang Huy.
Tug-of-war Award: First prize – The handle welding team; Second prize – The painting & hygiene team; Third prize – The cutting team.
Table tennis: First prize – Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thong; Second prize – Mr. Sam Thanh Danh; Third prize – Mr. Nguyen Nang Cuong and Mr. Huynh Truong Huy Tung.
Painting skill competition: First prize – Mr. Nhan Thanh Phuong; Second prize – Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia.
Welding skill competition: First prize – Mr. Vo Van Binh, The second – Mr. Nguyen Minh Toan, The Third – Mr. Nguyen Hoang Trung and Mr. Vo Van Phuong.
Karaoke Award: First Prize – Ms. Chung Thi The Phuong, Second prize – Mr. Tran Quang Canh; Third prize – Mr. Nguyen Hoang Trung and Mr. Ta Thanh Dong.
