On Sunday morning, November 16, the Together We Run program, themed Steel Run – Breaking Through to the Finish Line, took place simultaneously across ATAD’s factories, construction sites, and offices. This is a periodic internal sports activity that strongly reflects the spirit of discipline and teamwork — core values embedded in ATAD’s corporate culture.
The 3km, 5km, and 10km distances recorded the dedicated participation and close coordination of employees across all departments. The highlight of the event was not only individual effort, but also the way team members supported and accompanied one another throughout the run. This cohesive spirit mirrors the way ATAD executes large-scale projects: operating with a systems-thinking mindset, cross-departmental collaboration, and a shared commitment to a single objective — successful project delivery.
