On November 26, 2025, Mr. Nguyen Le Anh Tuan, General Director of ATAD Steel Structure Corporation, was honored in the Top 30 of the Red Star Awards – Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs 2025.
This prestigious award is organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, the Vietnam Youth Federation Central Committee, and the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association. It aims to recognize exceptional entrepreneurs who demonstrate pioneering spirit and significant contributions to the country’s socio-economic development.
Under the theme “Aspiration for Prosperity,” this year’s awards honor outstanding and pioneering entrepreneurs who have made exceptional contributions to the country’s socio-economic development.
The event gathered nearly 1,500 delegates, attending the event were Politburo member and Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Do Van Chien; Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung; Deputy Head of the Central Commission for Propaganda and Civic Education Pham Tat Thang; and Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission Nguyen Anh Tuan.
At the award ceremony, Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Do Van Chien expressed his high expectations for the young generation of Vietnamese entrepreneurs, particularly the recipients of the 2025 Red Star Awards. He emphasized the pioneering role of enterprises, highlighting their leadership in industrialization and modernization, innovation in core technologies, driving digital and green transformation, and conquering new heights in technology and global markets.
The 2025 Red Star Awards – Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs marks an important milestone, recognizing Mr. Nguyen Le Anh Tuan’s outstanding contributions while affirming ATAD’s pioneering spirit within the Vietnamese young entrepreneurs community.
Under his leadership since the company’s early days, ATAD has steadily reinforced its position as a leading EPC contractor in steel structures and building envelopes. His dynamic, creative, and internationally driven management mindset has enabled ATAD to establish a robust technological foundation, implement globally standardized operating models, and consistently achieve the highest project quality across all countries.
As part of the event, on the morning of November 27, the plenary session of the 8th National Congress of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association (2025–2030) was held, with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh in attendance. In his address, the Prime Minister emphasized that young enterprises must uphold integrity, clarity of vision, and great ambition, and that young entrepreneurs should think deeply, act boldly, and promote national values and solidarity.
Also in attendance were Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission; leaders of central ministries and agencies; local authorities; and 900 delegates representing 21,000 members of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association.
Being named in the Top 30 of the Red Star Awards – Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs recognizes the leadership of Mr. Nguyen Le Anh Tuan in particular, as well as the dedication of ATAD’s management, and employees in building ATAD into a leading steel structure brand in Vietnam and the region.
