Jotun Vietnam Greenfield is a project invested by Jotun Paints Vietnam Co. Ltd. The project is built on a land area of 100,000m2, in which the construction area reaches 34,000m2, including 23 main items. This is the first automatic factory outside Norway of The Jotun Group. Especially, the factory has applied LEED standards in design, construction and obtained the LEED SILVER certificate from United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
In this project, ATAD was trusted to be selected as a contractor of design, fabrication, and erection of steel structure items. Meeting the high technical and safety requirements of the Owner, ATAD completed the project on schedule and quality. As a pioneer in sustainable development associated with environmental protection, especially owning the first steel structure factory in Asia with LEED Gold standard, ATAD is extremely proud to cooperate with Jotun in this project. The fact that many green buildings are built is a positive signal that greatly affects the progress of sustainable development as well as the establishment of a green industrial network in Vietnam.
