Leading up to this milestone, a series of anniversary activities took place across ATAD’s global network, spanning corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, project sites in Vietnam, and international offices. Together, these celebrations reflected the strength of a united team built on shared values, collective commitment, and a strong foundation for continued growth.
Celebrating ATAD’s Anniversary Across the Organization
As ATAD marks its 22nd anniversary, the spirit of “One ATAD” brought employees together across locations and borders. Celebrations took place simultaneously at the Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City, the Dong Nai and Long An manufacturing facilities, project sites, and international offices in the Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Thailand.

To mark the occasion, commemorative gifts, including specially designed canvas bags celebrating ATAD’s 22nd anniversary, were distributed to employees across the organization. Beyond recognizing their contributions, the gifts conveyed a message of environmental responsibility and encouraged sustainable everyday habits, reflecting ATAD’s ongoing commitment to greener practices.
ATAD Sports Day 2026: Celebrating Discipline, Perseverance, and Teamwork
The highlight of ATAD’s anniversary celebrations was ATAD Sports Day 2026, held on October 11, 2026, at Long Khanh Stadium in Dong Nai, Vietnam. The event brought together ATAD’s Board of Directors, athletes and supporters from across departments and business units.
Six sporting disciplines: football, running, badminton, Xiangqi, tug of war and sack racing delivered a series of exciting and competitive contests.
At ATAD, sports are more than a way to stay physically active. They reflect the core values that define the company’s people and approach to work: discipline, resilience, strategic thinking and effective collaboration.
The excitement on the field was matched by enthusiastic support from colleagues and cheering squads. Beyond the competition itself, Sports Day provided an opportunity for employees to connect, interact and strengthen relationships across business units.
A representative of ATAD’s Board of Directors delivered the opening remarks: “ATAD Sports Day is a valuable opportunity for our people to step away from their daily routines and get to know one another better through every pass, play and stride. I believe the teamwork, mutual respect and discipline demonstrated on the field today will carry over into our daily work, strengthening coordination and collaboration across our business units”.
He also encouraged employees to make regular physical activity a positive habit while continuing to embrace teamwork, strengthen connections, and support and respect one another. These values contribute to more effective collaboration in day-to-day operations.
On the track, athletes demonstrated determination and endurance as they pushed through every stage of the race. In particular, the relay and Ekiden events highlighted the importance of seamless coordination, collective commitment and working together towards a shared goal.
Football brought another wave of excitement to Sports Day, with teams delivering impressive plays and closely contested matches. Backed by thorough preparation and a strong determination to win, players showcased technical skills, coordinated teamwork and unwavering commitment throughout every game.

In contrast to the high-energy atmosphere of the other events, Xiangqi drew attention through intense strategic battles, challenging competitors to demonstrate sharp tactical thinking and sustained concentration.
Tug of war and sack racing brought a lively, lighthearted atmosphere to the event, accompanied by continuous cheers from supporters.
While tug of war tested the strength and unity of each team, sack racing created entertaining contests in which participants pushed themselves forward while encouraging and supporting one another.
Sports Day concluded with a host of memorable moments, from determined performances on the track and intense football matches to celebrations of victory, shared smiles, handshakes and words of encouragement between teams.

ATAD Green Future: Inspiring the Next Generation of Sustainability Advocates
Complementing the employee engagement activities, the ATAD Green Future 2026 children’s drawing contest, themed “Drawing The Green World I Love”, attracted enthusiastic participation from employees’ children. The “ATAD Green Future 2026 – Drawing The Green World I Love” contest has announced its outstanding young artists across different age groups at ATAD’s Ho Chi Minh City Office, Dong Nai Factory, and Long An Factory.
Meaningful gifts were presented by ATAD to the young artists who participated in the program. ATAD presented meaningful gifts to thank the young participants for their enthusiastic involvement and to encourage their passion for art, love of nature, and environmental awareness through small, everyday actions.
Through imaginative and expressive artwork, the young participants shared their perspectives on nature, resource conservation, and their hopes for a greener planet.
