ATAD factories are uniquely capacity to manufacture from the largest structural building components to the smallest components, the most complex components to the simplest components, oversized structural components or special, non-regular steel structure….
With advanced manufacturing factories, ATAD can provide all kinds of structures from simple to very complex ones that are widely used in industrial project, high-rise building projects, heavy industry and specialized structure projects of high artistic and architectural designs.

Long An Factory
ATAD Long An factory is equipped with automatic machinery and equipment allowing full package steel structure production. A large fabrication workshop provides lift systems and cutting, welding, surface cleaning and painting equipment for the safe and efficient production of structures up to 20 tons in weight. Components up to 20 tons can be handled by our modern radio controlled overhead cranes. It also owns a production line that can produce a large variety of steel panel (ATAD deck, ATAD Lock, ATAD Seam, ATAD Span), trim & flashing system, accessories for a variety of applications. The latest measuring machines and inspection equipment insures that all components are of the highest quality before they reach the construction site.

ATAD Dong Nai factory is the most modern and largest steel structure factory in Southeast Asia. Especially, it is the first LEED Gold factory in Asia certificated by the US Green Building Council.
ATAD Dong Nai factory has heavy and lightweight steel structure lines with ideal length of over 400m. The plant is equipped with latest CNC machines, special production lines such automatic huge box beam production line, automatic huge bending machines… The plant is also equipped with complete facilities for testing quality products to international standards and norms. These facilities and engineering strengths enable ATAD to provide excellent pre and after sales technical support.
