ATAD Steel Structure Corporation carried out handing over the SAKAI Chemial Factory Project on February 26th, 2009 at the My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park, Binh Dương Province, Viet Nam.
SAKAI Company has specialised in chemical field for nearly 200 years in OSAKA – Japan. The phase 1 of the project includes a factory area of over 5000m2. That the special structure is cable and truss system will be used to hang crane on the frame. This is the most economic and effective structure solution for the factories which have cranes at small areas.
ATAD has manufactured, supplied and installed steel structure frames that are suitable to quality requirements and highly professional project supervision of the Japanese partner. The structure’s face is cleaned in H-Beam Shot Blasting and Cleaning Machine reached to SA 2.5 cleaning degree, Epoxy paint is anti-corosion by chemical, galvanized purlins with high strength are imported and steel sheets are supplied by Viet Nam Bluescope Steel. The project is transferred on time which satisfied the needs of the major contractor and an owner.
