Following the success bid package Metro Binh Duong of Gemerny investor in Feb, 2010, in 30th March, 2010, ATAD Steel Structure Corporation was bid for the investor come from Malaysia. Project name Malaya Glass at My Xuan A Industrial Park, Ba Ria, Vung Tau province. This project, ATAD does all services for 30,725 M2 warehouses included design, fabrication and installation.
Malaya – Vietnam Glass Co,. ( MVG) is established in 1993, it is a company specializing in the manufacture of glass bottles for famous brands in the world like Heniken world, Tiger, Sabeco, …. Customers’ demands are increasing so MVG Co,. build this project at My Xuan A Industrial Park. After the time to evaluate the capacity of tenders also the trust in designing, fabracting and erecting, MVG Co,. decide to choose ATAD is the main contractor for this project and the contract between 2 parts was signed in 30th March 2010.
Projects of foreign investors were made by ATAD are properly applied strict quality standards. The Glass Factory MVG Project of Group Malaya was designed by the American standards ASTM, and used the high quality materials:
• The block is over 20 m high, that is used as furnace so material requirements has to be fire resistant paint.
• The fiber glass insulation system is 50mm thick.
• Roof panel Kiplock, Clean Color Bond is the material of BlueScope Steel
• The galvanized purlin is high strength no rust, durable and aesthetical.
• The large louver and roof monitor help in the air convection ventilation.
• The Surface was cleaned by blasting and painted three layers.
