ATAD Steel Structure Corporation is delighted to announce that from April 2021, Kanematsu Corporation has completed the transaction procedure and officially became a strategic shareholder of ATAD.
Kanematsu Corporation was established in 1889, headquartered in Tokyo with 5 branches in Japan and 36 offices worldwide. Kanematsu operates in a variety of sectors including Steel, Materials & Plant, Electronic & Devices, Motor Vehicles & Aerospace, Foods, Meat & Grain. With sustainable development strategy, in recent years, Kanematsu considers construction and infrastructure as one of the most important business areas in the steel sector. The Corporation targets an increasing number of investments in foreign markets as part of its global expansion strategy. The companies, in which Kanematsu is a shareholder, are spread across many countries such as the United States, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Ireland, Poland … ATAD is the only steel structure company in Vietnam to be participated by Kanematsu as strategic shareholder.
