People development is a key foundation for ATAD to strengthen organizational capabilities and sustain operational effectiveness over the long term. With this focus, ATAD continues to develop training programs closely aligned with practical work requirements, enabling employees to continuously enhance their professional expertise, management skills, and execution capabilities.
Building Management Capabilities Through Practical Learning
On September 19, 2026, ATAD organized a training program for its middle management team, bringing together the Leadership Team and managers from departments across the Head Office, ATAD Dong Nai Factory, and ATAD Long An Factory.

Mr. Huynh Ngoc Dong, Chairman of ATAD’s Board of Directors, directly participated in the program, sharing insights into the roles, responsibilities, and capabilities expected of a Manager at ATAD. The session focused on how managers organize work, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and proactively address issues arising during execution.

The program brought together ATAD’s middle managers from departments at the Ho Chi Minh City Head Office, ATAD Dong Nai Factory, and ATAD Long An Factory.
Key topics focused on essential management capabilities, including leadership mindset, problem identification and resolution, decision-making, cross-functional coordination, and risk management. These areas are intended to strengthen managers’ ability to take initiative and improve effectiveness in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Through practical cases and workplace challenges, managers had the opportunity to discuss, exchange perspectives, and share approaches to handling real-life situations. Addressing management issues in a practical context provided participants with broader perspectives and a clearer understanding of the manager’s role in organizing and executing work.

In addition to the training sessions led by the Leadership Team, the program provided a platform for managers to exchange experiences across departments and business units. Perspectives from business development, finance, operations, and other functions enriched the discussions while strengthening connections among ATAD’s management team across the organization.
Fostering a Culture of Learning and Team Development
Training and practical knowledge sharing are key components of ATAD’s approach to people development. For managers, continuously updating knowledge, exchanging experiences, and strengthening management capabilities are essential to meeting evolving work requirements and contributing to effective organizational operations.

Through its Learning & Development programs, ATAD continues to foster a culture of continuous learning, where employees have opportunities to learn, exchange knowledge, and develop their capabilities together. These efforts contribute to strengthening management quality and organizational capabilities over the long term.
