On September 19, 2026, ATAD participated in UAH Career Day 2026, held as part of the activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City (UAH). The event provided an opportunity for ATAD to engage with students, share practical perspectives on the construction industry, and introduce career opportunities to the next generation of professionals.
Bridging Knowledge with Industry Practice
At the event, ATAD had the opportunity to meet and engage with UAH students who are exploring career paths, discovering their strengths, and preparing for the first steps of their professional journey.

Through direct conversations, students gained insights into the steel structure industry, workplace environment, corporate culture, and career opportunities at ATAD. At the same time, ATAD listened to the aspirations, career interests, and perspectives of young talent, strengthening the connection between industry and the future workforce.

At the event, ATAD also shared practical perspectives on the steel structure sector, covering materials, technologies, products, and project execution processes. With experience delivering projects across more than 60 countries, ATAD’s insights provided students with a broader understanding of the professional knowledge, skills, and working environment required in the construction industry.

Stronger collaboration between universities and businesses also creates opportunities for students to connect academic knowledge with real-world industry contexts, while gaining access to employment information and exploring career development pathways aligned with their interests and capabilities.
Supporting the Development of High-Quality Talent for the Construction Industry
At ATAD, people development is a key focus of its sustainable development strategy. Strengthening collaboration with universities helps bridge academic education with industry practice, while creating opportunities for young talent to gain exposure to professional working environments, develop their capabilities, and prepare for their future careers.

Through engagement activities such as UAH Career Day 2026, ATAD continues to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry, contributing to the development of a workforce with strong professional expertise, adaptability, and practical industry understanding – a foundation for the long-term development of the construction sector.
