Following the “2026 Targets Announcement and Action Plan Conference” held on December 27, 2025, ATAD Steel Structure Corporation successfully organized the “2025 Year-End Review & 2026 Strategy Kick-off Conference” on January 19, 2026 with the participation of the Board of Directors, Executive Management, and management teams from all divisions and departments.
This conference served as a comprehensive forum for ATAD’s leadership to review overall performance in 2025, assess key achievements as well as areas for improvement, and clearly define strategic directions, objectives, and priority action programs for 2026.
During the event, representatives from each division and department presented their year-end reports and implementation plans. These presentations served as a critical foundation for strategic alignment, enhancing management effectiveness, and strengthening cross-functional coordination in the next phase.
A key highlight of the conference was the signing ceremony of the 2026 Business Targets and KRI Plans, demonstrating the strong commitment of the Board of Director, Executive Management, and departmental management teams to work in close alignment, take decisive action, and achieve the goals set for the year ahead.
