On January 16, 2016, ATAD Steel Structure Corporation held the Year-end ceremony with theme “Change to develop”.
As part of the ceremony, the summary meeting in 2015 and Business Strategy in 2016 was hosted with the participation of the Board of Directors and the Managers/Deputy Managers of all departments, divisions. The meeting summarized ATAD results in 2015 and presented Business Strategy in 2016.
In the afternoon, over 600 staffs and partners participated in “The 2015 Year-End Party”. The party was more exciting and impressive with a unique theatrical which simulated ATAD boat reaching out into the ocean, and the beautiful shooting booth.
At the party, the Board has sent visitors and all staffs and their families best wishes on the occasion of New Year. Right after the wishes, visitors and staffs proposed toasts for success in the year. The Board of Directors also praised and rewarded the divisions and individuals who have the great performance in 2015.
Contribution to the overall excitement is excellent performances from departments and sites. With careful preparation and practice, these shows have blown up diners’ feeling.
The Year-End Ceremony was ended successfully. It not only showed the strong development of ATAD in 2015 but also make ATAD members more connected.
