Metro Gaisano S3 is a modern and big shopping mall in Cebu Business Park – one of the busiest urban areas in Cebu, Philippines. With the renovation and rebuilding of the center, ATAD was trusted by the Owner to be selected as a steel structure contractor of design, fabrication, and supervision erection for the project.
This project is specially designed with high earthquake resistance standards. The column system is designed according to the box cross-section with a volume of up to 12 tons/ structure. Besides, the project is implemented in a limited urban area requiring the organization of erection must be active and ensure safety. Owning ATAD Dong Nai factory – the largest and most modern steel structure factory in Southeast Asia with comprehensive production capability and professional project management team, ATAD met the structural quality requirements set by the Owner with a total volume of over 3,000 tons.
Currently, ATAD handed over the steel structure works under the committed schedule, marking another successful project in the Philippines market.
