Scale: A 12-floor tower + 3 basement parking levels, with a total floor area of 18,868 m²
Location: 10 Cong Truong Quoc Te Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
Scope of work: Full execution of steel structure-related tasks including louver system (~600 tons), steel floor system (~110 tons).
On November 25th, ATAD Steel Structure Corporation successfully installed the last steel beam on the Facade at Daikin Tower. With a partnership success, ATAD completed the facade structural system.
The external louver system for the 12-floor Daikin Tower, implemented by ATAD, required a perfect combination of precision aesthetics and high safety standards. During the construction process, ATAD experienced many difficulties such as limited construction sites, and gathering materials and equipment at night was very difficult.
With extensive experience in steel structure & pre-engineered steel building, ATAD applied advanced technology and high-quality materials to install, and complete the steel louver system while ensuring the aesthetic appeal of the entire facade structure. In particular, ATAD worked closely with the investor and other parties to complete this critical component on schedule, preparing the project for the next phase.
